Safety is ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED number one priority. Our equipments are maintained to high standards and codes such as the International Safety Management (ISM) Code. ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED equipment undergoes a continuous preventative maintenance program.
ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED is committed to reinforcing a “safety comes first” culture with its employees. Everyday activities are performed using certified equipment and procedures. During the year 2012, ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED implemented a new Occupational Safety and Health program (OSH). Two elements of this program are the personal protective equipment and job hazard analysis.
An element of ensuring a safety-oriented environment is being prepared to respond to unplanned incidents thereby making safety and environmental stewardship a priority. During the year 2012, ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED developed an Emergency Response Plan to provide structure and instruction to managers when dealing with emergencies.
A new Site Evacuation System (SES) program was introduced with our employees receiving training by year-end. The SES program is an interactive learning experience that directs employees through an emergency situation, identifies crucial lines of communication and prepares employees to efficiently and effectively deploy.

ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES has zero-tolerance for bribery and corrupt activities. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate.
We will constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. We are bound by the laws of Nigeria including the Bribery Act 2010, in regards to our conduct both at home and abroad.
ATMA GLOBAL RESOURCES recognizes that bribery and corruption are punishable by law. If our company is discovered to have taken part in corrupt activities, we may be subjected to an unlimited fine, be excluded from tendering for public contracts, and face serious damage to our reputation. It is with this in mind that we commit to preventing bribery and corruption in our business, and take our legal responsibilities seriously.
