The Code of Operational Ethics is the foundation of our ethical and professional standards. It defines expected behaviours, guides decision-making, and promotes transparency by empowering individuals to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
We recognize that ethical decisions are not always clear-cut. If in doubt, employees and partners are encouraged to seek guidance from managers, the Compliance Team, or the ATMA Hotline (+234 906 862 0093).
This Code applies to all employees, subsidiaries, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and business partners. Compliance is mandatory.
All employees, contractors, and partners covered by this Code are expected to:
· Follow the principles and policies outlined in this Code.
· Use sound judgment in situations not explicitly addressed.
· Report suspected violations promptly.
Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, legal consequences, or termination of business relationships.
· Integrity & Accountability – Every decision reflects our culture of responsibility.
· Responsible Use of Assets – Company resources must be safeguarded and used only for business purposes.
· Data Privacy – We comply fully with data protection laws.
· Fraud & Anti-Bribery – Zero tolerance for fraud, corruption, or undue influence.
Environment & Community – We minimize our footprint and support local development responsibly.
Compliance with this Code is non-negotiable. By adhering to it, we uphold stakeholder trust, foster transparency, and safeguard ATMA’s reputation.
For clarification, concerns, or suspected violations of this Code:
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and retaliation against good-faith reporting is strictly prohibited. Violations of this Code will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination and legal consequences. ATMA reserves the right to amend this Code to reflect evolving legal standards and best practices.
