Heat Exchanger Maintenance

We have successfully delivered numerous heat exchanger maintenance projects across oil and gas facilities. Our proprietary tube internals and tube sheet protective coatings are engineered to withstand operating temperatures of up to 1,800°C, preventing damage from fouling, corrosion, and cavitation while extending the overall lifespan of your unit. We also provide complete retubing of existing heat exchangers, restoring them to “as-new” condition, as well as our inliner technology, which can extend operational life by an additional 3–5 years. In cases where replacement is required, we can rebuild or refurbish an entire unit using existing GADs at a much lower cost compared to procuring a new unit. Alongside these solutions, we deliver both routine and non-routine precision cleaning as well as comprehensive integrity checks to ensure optimal system performance and long-term reliability.
